Will it act without my approval?

Only where your Policies say so. Every action is set to Autonomous, Needs you or Never. Start with review on every action, then let routine ones run once you trust them. Exceptions still wait for a person, and actions set to Never stay blocked: no approval overrides them.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Drafts use only approved company Memory, and the Run Record names the sources behind each one. A missing fact is flagged and brought to a person, never guessed. Where review is on, your team checks and edits the work before anything is sent or recorded.

What happens if a step fails?

The Run keeps its state and retries within set limits. When an external action’s result is uncertain, AIRails checks it before trying again, so nothing is sent twice. Anything still unresolved comes to a person with an owner and a safe next action.

Can I test it before it goes live?

Yes. Run a sample on your own setup before turning the operation on. A sample takes no real actions, is never billed and never counts as a result.

Which tools does it connect to, and what can it access?

Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, AIRails CRM, website forms, file upload and an intake API. Connecting a system does not give every operation access: each operation is granted only what it needs, and you can revoke access at any time. Start free trial.
