- Which plan is right for me?
- Solo is for one person who sets up, approves and runs everything. Team is for up to 10 people with roles: admins configure operations, reviewers approve work, operators handle it and viewers follow along. Team also includes more runs at a lower price per run.
- What counts as a run?
- One operation handling one request from start to finish: one email triaged, one lead answered, one invoice processed. Every step inside that run, including approvals, is part of the same run. A sample you run to test an operation takes no real actions and is never billed.
- What happens if I go over my included runs?
- Each extra run costs $0.05 on Solo or $0.03 on Team and appears on your next invoice. Set a monthly spending cap and AIRails holds new runs when you reach it, then asks you before going further. If you regularly run far above Team's volume, Enterprise pricing will usually cost less.
- What does “AI included” mean?
- The AI models your operations use are part of the monthly price, within fair use. There is no separate AI bill and no credits to buy. Unusually heavy workloads, such as very long documents at high volume, move to Enterprise pricing.
- Do I pay for each person on my team?
- No. Team is one price for up to 10 members, whatever their role. Approval is how you stay in control, so adding a reviewer never costs extra. Solo has one member; switch to Team when you want to invite people.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You get 14 days with Team features and up to 500 runs, no card required. Before it ends, choose Solo or Team and add a payment method to keep your operations running, or let the trial expire and nothing is charged.
- Can I change plans or cancel?
- Yes. Switch between Solo and Team from your billing page. A switch starts a new monthly period that day: you pay the new plan, minus credit for unused time on the old one. Plans are monthly with no lock-in, and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
